Julia Roberts, the Profound Oscar winning American movie star was born in the year of 1968 in a family of Theater artists based in Atlanta; Georgia. Julia’s parents co-owned a Theatre training institute for acting and playwriting. At a young age Julia had to face the trauma of her father’s Demise as he was suffering from cancer also as her parents had been divorced, her mother married another person and moved from Atlanta to Smyrna. Soon after getting her primary education from Georgia, Julia moved to New York to stay with her biological brother and pursue acting as her career.
Julia started acting with a small two dialogue role co-starring her brother in one of his films which was released around late 1980’s. Roberts is immensely talented actress as at a very early stage of her acting career she was nominated for the prestigious award; the Academy Award for her role of a young bride suffering from the disease of Diabetes in the film called Steel Magnolias. The year 1990 was the time when Julia got her first commercially successful film Pretty Woman in which she acted opposite to one of the finest actors of that time Richard Gere and their onscreen chemistry was so enchanting that the film was a great box office hit. After this in same period, Roberts did some great acting in some big banner films including Sleeping with the Enemy, Hook a Steven Spielberg Movie and Dying young.
After a Gap of five to six struggling year of flops, Julia finally returned startling her fans with her yet another critically acclaimed film which was also financial and commercial hit My Best Friend’s Wedding in the year of 1997. Some of her finest acting has been seen over a number of Award winning films which are life time movies and were Box office busters globally. They were Run Away Bride, Ocean’s Eleven, and Ocean’s Twelve, Erin Brockovich. With all this commercial success Julia Roberts has been the most financially successful female actress with her gross earning crossing over a figure of $ 3 Billion dollars.
Besides her acting, Julia has been busy with some side line Commercial endorsements and Co-production with her sister. Media has always been able to capture every single happening in Julia’s personal life as the actress was quite unstable in her relationships with almost all of her Co-stars. Roberts has been thrice married and twice divorced, she is currently married to Daniel Moder a Cameraman from one of her films. The couple got married in early 2000, 2004 the couple became parents of two fraternal kids; a son named Phinnaeus Walter and daughter Hazel Patricia. Later in the year 2007 Julia announced her third baby, son Henry who was born in Los Angeles. Being a responsible mother, Julia manages her kids quite well with her career. Also she is a humanitarian as she has been actively supporting several projects of UNICEF. She has been raising her voice for several social causes and environment related issues for bringing the required improvement in the current societal setup.
